The website and your enquiries
This is an information website. It has no contact form, patient account or online payment facility. Appointments and document exchanges take place through Doctolib, reached via an external link.
This page concerns browsing this website. Information about your medical record, messaging and the tools used during consultations must be provided separately by the practice.
Services used while browsing
To display a page, your browser exchanges technical data, including your IP address and browser information, with the servers supplying its content.
The typefaces, Leaflet map library, photographs and diagrams are hosted with the website’s own files. Displaying them does not require loading resources from Google Fonts or unpkg.
The map tiles are supplied by OpenStreetMap. When the main page opens, and when you move or zoom the map, your browser requests the necessary map tiles from OpenStreetMap’s servers. These requests transmit your IP address and technical information about your browser. The website does not request access to your geographical location.
The Doctolib buttons and Google Maps directions links take you to external services when clicked. Their use is also governed by those services’ own privacy information.
Cookies and visitor statistics
The website does not include advertising tools or audience measurement scripts. The language preference is not stored in a cookie. Hosting does, however, include OVHcloud Web Statistics: OVHcloud produces traffic reports from anonymised, aggregated traffic data. These show information such as the pages viewed and the approximate region of visits, without identifying visitors.
If trackers requiring consent are added, they must remain disabled until you agree. You must be able to refuse them and change your choice as easily as accepting them.

Purposes and retention
OVHcloud hosts the website in Gravelines, France. Technical connection data is used to deliver the website and detect errors or security incidents. This processing is based on the practice’s legitimate interest in maintaining the operation and security of its website. Authorised website administrators and the hosting provider may access the technical logs.
OVHcloud retains technical logs for the periods applicable to its service. Its privacy policy (in French) provides for a service-dependent retention period of up to twelve months for this logging. The practice does not keep an additional archive of these logs.
OpenStreetMap uses a worldwide server network to supply map tiles, so technical data associated with these requests may be processed outside the European Economic Area. The arrangements specific to this service are described in the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy.
Your rights
Depending on the processing involved, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction, portability, or object to its use. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
